interessanten und vielversprechenden Produktportfolio. Mit der Ionic Polymer

entwickelt, das zumindest in den vorliegenden Studien sehr vielversprechende
Resultate geliefert hat. Die Zulassung des ersten Präparates steht

Unternehmen hat die Basistechnologie in den USA umfassend patentiert und die
Internationalisierung ist beantragt.
Weiterhin wurde eine Reihe weiterer Patente zur Absicherung des

Derzeit arbeitet das Unternehmen an einer ganzen Palette unterschiedlicher

Aktien von LAM Pharmaceutical liegen aus unserer Sicht zunächst in der noch
fehlenden Zulassung, wenngleich die Wahrscheinlichkeit, dass diese erteilt
wird, als sehr hoch einzuschätzen ist.
Weiterhin wird die Gesellschaft zur Umsetzung der anvisierten
Wachstumsstrategie weiteres Kapital benötigen, das in dem derzeitigen
Marktumfeld wohl nur äußerst schwierig und ggf. zu wenig attraktiven
Konditionen verfügbar ist. Außerdem sei auf die generellen Risiken eines

als spekulativen Kauf für risikobewusste Investoren. Gelingt es der
Gesellschaft auch nur annähernd die anvisierten Umsatz- und Ergebnisziele zu
erreichen, sind erhebliche Kurssteigerungen zu erwarten.
Volumen ist sehr interessant geworden und vom Preis her sollten die Kurse halten, aber auf gar keinen Fall unter ca. 60 cts fallen.

On January 31, 2002 LAM Pharmaceutical, Corp. filed a 510(k) pre-market notification with the Food and Drug Administration in the United States for LAM IPM(TM) Wound Gel.
The FDA has assigned the following number to the 510(k) pre-market notification - K020325.
Formerly known as "LAM Ulcer Matrix," the product is now known as LAM IPM(TM) Wound Gel.
Under F.D.A. guidelines, the Company expects to receive a decision by April 30, 2002 regarding the status of LAM IPM(TM) Wound Gel's suitability to be marketed.
Under supervision of a healthcare professional, LAM IPM(TM) Wound Gel is suitable for exuding wounds such as:
* Diabetic ulcers
* Leg ulcers
* Pressure ulcers
* Management of wounds that are prone to bleeding, such as wounds that
have been mechanically or surgically debrided.

Ich feier mich immer noch, soll heißen, daß nach der ganzen Schlappe auf dem OTC Markt dieser Gewinn gut tut. von 0,9 auf 2,5USD das hat Spaß gemacht. Sorry liebe OTC Trader, habe die letzte Nahricht auch erst sehr spät gelesen, bin mir aber sicher, daß sehr bald die alten HIGHS wieder getestet werden. In der neusten Ausgabe des Aktionärs wird auch ein sehr guter Bericht veröffentlicht. Fazit ist das LAMP nicht mehr lange ein " Pennystock" sein wird. Ich glaube fest an den Erfolg von LAMP und würde diese sehr schnell ins Portfolio kaufen, dann preiswerter wird es kaum werden.

Overview
To date the Company's principal business activities have comprised:
o Development of proprietary wound healing and trans-dermal drug delivery systems; and
o Conducting related pre-clinical studies and clinical trials.
In April 2002, L.A.M. obtained Section 510(k) approval from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration to market its proprietary L.A.M. IPM Wound Gel(TM). L.A.M. will commence marketing this product on June 3, 2002.
All of L.A.M's other products are in the development stage. As a result, L.A.M. has not generated any significant revenues from the sale of pharmaceutical products.
Due to the previous lack of any significant revenues, to date L.A.M. has relied upon proceeds realized from the public and private sale of its common stock and convertible debentures to meet its funding requirements. Funds raised by L.A.M. have been expended primarily in connection with research, development, clinical studies and administrative costs. Until significant revenues commence from commercial sale of its products, commencing with L.A.M. IPM Wound Gel(TM) in the second half of 2002, L.A.M. will require to fund its operations through the sale of securities, debt financing or other arrangements. Research and Development Expense
Research and development expenses for the three months ended March 31, 2002 increased 127% to $151,000 from $66,000 for the three months ended March 31, 2001. The increase includes activity to obtain regulatory approval (now received) for L.A.M. IPM Wound Gel(TM) and scale up production of this product to commercial batch quantities. Costs associated with these activities tend to fluctuate from period to period depending on the status and timing of the individual projects in process.
Marketing and Business Development Expense
Marketing and business development expense for the three months ended March 31, 2002 increased 417% to $162,000 from $31,000 for the three months ended March 31, 2001. The increase reflects the build up of marketing management and resources and promotional activity in preparation for the market launch of L.A.M. IPM Wound Gel(TM) in June 2002.
General and Administrative Expenses
General and administrative expenses for the three months ended March 31, 2002 decreased 53% to $190,000 from $402,000 for the three months ended March 31, 2001. The decrease is partially due to costs incurred in 2001 to arrange the equity line of credit which did not recur in 2002. In addition, there was a reduction in legal, auditing and other expenditures in connection with regulatory filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission in the first quarter of 2002. Investor relations expense also decreased due to non-recurrence of the exceptional level of activity in the previous year. This was offset by costs attributable to the new laboratory facility and offices in Lewiston and additions to the senior management team, to prepare for the market launch of the L.A.M. IPM Wound Gel(TM) in June 2002.

Interest Expense
Interest expense for the three months ended March 31, 2002 decreased 83% to $11,000 from $61,000 for three months ended March 31, 2001 following the conversion or repayment of all remaining convertible debentures during 2001.
Share and Option Grants
L.A.M. is required to recognize non-cash expenses which represent the deemed fair value of grants of stock options and of stock for services, calculated in accordance with US generally accepted accounting principles. These deemed non-cash costs, which are accounted for by correspondingly increasing the company's paid in capital, totaled $949,000 during the three months ended March 31, 2002. There were no such costs in the first quarter of 2001.
The majority of these costs were attributable to options granted to a director for services performed, and to the repricing and extension of a number of existing options to compensate for the earlier fall in L.A.M.'s share price.
Warrants Issued on Equity Line of Credit
The expense of $1,100,000 for the three months ended March 31, 2001 represents the fair value of the warrants issued to Hockbury Limited in connection with the equity line of credit and the warrants issued to GKN Securities as placement agent for the equity line.
Liquidity and Sources of Capital
Three Months Ended March 31, 2002
L.A.M's primary source of liquidity was cash and cash equivalents as of March 31, 2002 of approximately $268,000, compared with approximately $11,000 at December 31, 2001. Working capital (deficiency) improved from approximately $(443,000) as of December 31, 2001 to $122,000 as of March 31, 2002.
L.A.M.'s operations used approximately $680,000 in cash during the three months ended March 31, 2002. This included a $191,000 increase in prepaid expenses connected with preparation for launch of L.A.M. IPM Wound Gel(TM), partly offset by smaller reductions in other receivable and inventory and a small increase in accounts payable and accrued expenses.
During this period L.A.M. also spent $68,000 for patents, trademarks, and equipment purchases.
Cash required during the three months ended March 31, 2002 came principally from proceeds from the exercise of stock options amounting to $913,000 and from the sale of shares under the equity line of credit agreement amounting to $92,000.
On January 24, 2001, the Company entered into an equity line of credit agreement, or equity drawdown facility, with Hockbury Limited in order to establish a source of funding for the development of the Company's technology. To March 31, 2002, the Company has issued a total of 582,206 shares of common stock and received $575,636 in net proceeds under the equity line of credit agreement.
Under the equity line of credit agreement, Hockbury Limited has agreed to provide the Company with up to $20,000,000 of funding during the twenty-month period commencing April 25, 2001. During this period, the Company may draw down against the equity line of credit by selling shares of its common stock to Hockbury Limited, and Hockbury Limited is obligated to purchase the shares. The Company may request a drawdown once every 27 trading days, although the Company is under no obligation to request any drawdowns.
The price at which shares may be sold to Hockbury under the equity line of credit agreement is based on the daily volume weighted average price of the company's common shares during the 22 trading days following a drawdown request, less a discount of 10%. The Company receives the purchase price less a placement agent fee payable to GKN Securities equal to 7% of the aggregate purchase price. Hockbury Limited may then resell all or a portion of these shares. GKN Securities is the placement agent which introduced Hockbury Limited to the Company and is a registered broker-dealer.
The minimum amount the Company can draw down at any one time is $100,000, and the maximum is the lesser of $1,000,000 or the amount equal to 4.5% of the weighted average price of the Company's common stock multiplied by the total trading volume of the Company's common stock for the sixty calendar days prior to the date of the drawdown request.
During March 2002, Mr. Drizen and the Company agreed that the balance of $548,361 owed by the Company to Mr. Drizen at December 31, 2001, included in amounts due to stockholders, would be offset against the remaining amount due pursuant to Mr. Drizen's promissory note. In addition, two other Directors and stockholders agreed with Mr. Drizen to apply a portion of their receivables from the Company, included in amounts due to stockholders, against the amounts due by Mr. Drizen in an amount sufficient to offset the remaining balance due on Mr. Drizen's promissory note. Following these offset arrangements, Mr. Drizen's promissory note was paid in full.
In February 2002, Mr. Drizen exercised options to acquire a total of 1,050,000 shares for a total option amount of $435,000. At March 31, 2002, $279,000 of the option amount remained unpaid. During April 2002, an additional $175,000 was paid by Mr. Drizen.
Plan of Operation
During the twelve months ending December 31, 2002 L.A.M. will:
o Commence marketing L.A.M. IPM Wound Gel(TM)on June 3, 2002.
o Continue its program to develop and commercialize other products based on its wound healing technology
o Continue supporting the next phase of Ixora's program to commercialize L.A.M.'s sexual dysfunction products
o Continue to develop its motion sickness patch systems in cooperation with major multinational partners
o Continue testing L.A.M.'s skin care products with a view to licensing L.A.M. Ionic Polymer Matrix(TM) technology to third parties for use in products which will be classified as cosmetics or OTC drugs.

During this twelve-month period L.A.M. anticipates hiring up to four additional technical and marketing employees.

Wegen der zu erwartenden hohen Nachfrage für das L.A.M. Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,
berechtigterweise erreichen mich des öfteren Anfragen bezüglich des angekündigten Interviews mit Alan Drizen. Da Joseph Slechta für die finanziellen Aspekte zuständig ist, machte Alan Drizen den Vorschlag eines gemeinsamen Interviews.
In den letzten 4 Wochen waren beide sehr oft unabhängig voneinander unterwegs, so dass ein gemeinsames Interview nicht möglich war. Ab heute sind Mr. Drizen und Mr. Slechta beide für 3 Tage gemeinsam im Office. Wir gehen davon aus, das Interview endlich durchführen zu können.

Spaß beseite. Ich glaube, daß die LAMP vor wichtigen Markeinführungen steht und sollte deshalb genau beobachtet werden. Positive Entwicklungen werden jetzt von der Börse genau beobachtet und ich drücke LAMP beide Daumen.

Als Aktionär finde ich die Geschichte spannend und vermute einen durchschlagenden Erfolg des Produktes am Markt.
Welches sich dann hoffentlich auf die Börsenpreise reflektiert.
Der jetztige Kurs ist sehr riskant und ich beobachte das Börsengeschehen bei diesem Wert momentan deshalb sehr genau. Denn weiter abrutschen sollte der Kurs nicht.

Der Name klingt doch vielversprechend. hope = Hoffnung und die stirbt bekanntlich zuletzt. Sieht ähnlich aus wie bei LAMP vor ein paar Monaten, kaum wird so ein Miniteil mal wo erwähnt zieht der Kurs an und fällt später wieder in sich zusammen.... die Frage ist nur warum soll man nicht ein wenig traden... und nicht alles unbekannte muß Schrott sein... schlimmer als Brokat, Intershop und und und bzw 99% aller Unternehmen die im Nemax gelistet sind kann´s schließlich auch nicht sein.

Aufgrund meiner Abwesenheit bis heute war es mir nicht möglich die PM rechtzeitig zu übersetzen, daher die wichtigsten Inhalte der PM:
1. Es ist LAM und dem Produzenten DPT Laboratories zum ersten Mal gelungen 600 KG des Wundgels (netto 54 000 Tuben) in der erforderlichen Qualität herzustellen. Damit ist die Hochlauf der Produktion abgeschlossen. Dies ist ein wichtiger Meilenstein, denn Produktionsprobleme haben schon viele kleinere Firmen zerstört.
2. LAM hat diese Tuben ohne Schuldenaufnahme bezahlt.
3. LAM verfügt alleine mit diesen Tuben über ein theoretisches Verkaufsvolumen von 2-3 Millionen Dollar. Selbstverständlich werden derzeit viele kostenlose Tuben an Ärzte und Krankenhäuser versendet, ausserdem gibt es bei Bestellungen einen Discount, so dass der Erlös wesentlich geringer ist. LAM erwartet aber bereits mit diesen Tuben einen signifikanten Umsatz für 2003 zu erwirtschaften.

Tja meine LAMPies liegen da im Depot und warten auf bessere Zeiten und so um die 0,39 $ mag ich da auch eigentlich gar nicht mehr so recht hinschau´n. Aber ich bin von dem Erfolg des Wundgels wirklich überzeugt und glaube fest an den durchschlagenden Erfolg im Pharma Markt. Erst dann wird die Bööse bööse Börse wieder reagieren, es sei denn der Schweizer macht wieder richtig mit der IR Alarm und RoadShows und Pressekonfis etc. Dann könnte eventuell schon vorher etwas passieren. Aber da bin ich sehr skeptisch, ob die Firma wohl noch mal soviel Geld für Promotion etc. binden möchte ist fraglich. Ich habe zum Glück die Aktie schon mehrfach gespielt und mit dem ersten Hype über 2 USD schon mit einem sattem Gewinn liquidieren können, drum schlafe ich auch jetzt noch gut bei 0,39$. Es wird schon werden, nur muß man es halt ein wenig längerfristig sehen.

Mit einem Investment wäre ich momentan noch ein wenig zurückhaltend, aber da muß ich Dir Recht geben man sollte diese LAMPIES auf jeden Fall auf der Uhr haben und den möglichen Aufschwung nicht verpassen. Mich stört nur dieser Downtrend und um die 30 cts das ist einfach nicht gut für einen Wert, welcher im Vorfeld so heiß diskutiert und umworben worden ist.
Und ganz wichtig das Volumen fehlt komplett, wenn da nicht bald etwas passiert sehe ich schwarz.

Also , Moment mal! Danke für Dein Interesse an den LAMPies, aber so schlecht war es ja nun auch nicht. Ich habe mit LAMP in der Vergangenheit viel Geld verdient und hänge nun leider wieder unprofitabel drin- rechtnet sich trotzdem. Wer nicht wagt der nicht gewinnt! Es ist immer sehr einfach Werte zu kritisieren aber selbst gute OTC´s zu entdecken ist auch eine Kunst. Ich und auch viele andere haben z.B. mit ihrem Risiko Engagement viel Geld verdient, leider zum Teil auch verloren. Fette Aktie zu handeln ist eigentlich ziemlich easy und da kannst du gleich den Dt. Banker fragen. Gefragt sind die Highflyer, welche weniger bekannt sind. Den Rest kannst Du Dir eh aus dem Bloomberg etc ziehen, oder?

sorry @McLeod, das war absolut nichts gegen dich (falls du das so verstanden hast), deswegen interessiert mich dein trading mit LAMP auch nicht. es freut mich natürlich, dass du einer der wenigen winner im otc-trading bist! ich wollte mit meinem posting nur meine meinung darlegen und aufzeigen, dass die psychologie keine schlechte zutat beim bewerten von aktien, vor allem von otc-aktien, ist. die massive anzahl der LAMP-anhänger bei w:o und der "entdecker" der aktie haben mich von vornerein skeptisch gestimmt, die masse liegt halt doch immer falsch. vielleicht hat der ceo ja auch andere als die genannten gründe gehabt heute zurückzutreten, schaun mer mal.....weiterhin viel erfolg! ;)
Es ist immer sehr einfach Werte zu kritisieren aber selbst gute OTC´s zu entdecken ist auch eine Kunst.
du musst nicht untertreiben, ich kritisiere ein ganzes segment! :) m.e. hat es mehr mit glück als mit kunst zu tun.

wenn das mal wirklich so einfach wär, ich weiss eigentlich gar nicht wie du darauf kommst! :confused: tendiert man an der börse nicht immer dazu den vermeintlich einfachsten weg zum erfolg zu verfolgen? selbst otc-experte @sowhat bestätigt, dass der großteil aller otcbbs gegen 0 tendieren und vielleicht 5% es schaffen eine laufende firma auf die beine zu stellen, was eigentlich auch nur heisst, dass sie nach den allg. marktkriterien (umsatz, gewinn etc.) bewertet wird und nicht mehr mit dem bonus "phantasie" ausgestattet ist, wahrlich keine gute vorraussetzung um "easy money" zu machen! :rolleyes:
ich kannte mal eine ehemalige biotech-otc-aktie, die es an die nyse geschafft hat und danach auch weiterhin "ernst" genommen wurde, habe aber leider das kürzel vergessen! :( fallen dir als kenner des segments spontan 5 werte ein, die es an die nasdaq/nyse geschafft haben und auch dann noch überzeugen konnten?

Ich nehme aus deinem Statement mal an, dass du schon Jahre oder Jahrzehnte mit "fetten Aktien" gehandelt und gewonnen hast. Aufgrund des fehlenden "Nervenkitzels" bist du ans OTC-Traden gekommen. Nur wo bringst du dein ganzes Geld da unter? Und warum änderst du ein funktionierendes System? :confused:
Wenn du sagst, dass es ziemlich easy ist, bist du hier natürlich genau richtig! Wäre schön, wenn du interessante hochkapitalisierte US-Werte im US-Forum für alle vorstellen würdest. Denn genau das ist bei der Mehrzahl der Leser und Schreiber hier gefragt. :)

in den letzten Tagen haben sich die Ereignisse bei LAM sehr dynamisch entwickelt. Am Montag wurde ein Company Filing über eine Finanzierung herausgegeben, am Dienstag gab es eine Pressemeldung über den Rücktritt des CEO und heute einen Brief an die Aktionäre. Die jeweiligen Meldungen waren bis zuletzt ausschliesslich den Direktoren bekannt, daher war es nicht möglich hierzu kurzfristig ein deutsches Statement abzugeben. Nach Gesprächen mit dem ehemaligen CEO, Alan Drizen, und dem "neuen" CEO, Joseph Slechta, möchten wir gerne den wohl wichtigsten Punkt erklären:
Zusammen mit Dr. Rothbart gründete Alan Drizen in 1994 LAM Pharmaceutical. Der Hintergrund von Alan Drizen ist Research, aufgrund seiner Erfahrungen als Chairman bei Hyal Pharmaceutical bestimmt man Alan Drizen als CEO. Fairerweise muss man anmerken, dass Alan Drizen unbestritten ein erstklassiger Wissenschaftler ist, aber vor allem in finanzieller Hinsicht Fehler machte, die der Aktienkurs offenkundig wiederpiegelte. LAM kam in einer Vorstandssitzung zu dem Ergebnis, dass einschneidende Umstrukturierungsmassnahmen eingeleitet werden müssen, so dass man gerade auch die Kapitalmarktseite wieder in den Griff kommt. In diesem Zuge tritt Alan Drizen von seinem Amt zurück, verlässt LAM und nimmt ein Angebot für eine wissenschaftliche Beratungsstelle an. Nach eigener Aussage möchte sich Alan Drizen gerne ein wenig Abstand von der für ihn zermürbenden Arbeit bei LAM gewinnen. Seine Aktienanteile hat Alan Drizen nicht veräussert und hegt auch keine Pläne dies zu tun.
Da ich Alan Drizen kenne, lassen sie mich auch einen persönlichen Kommentar abgeben: Alan Drizen ist m.E. eine sehr eindrucksvolle Persönlichkeit. Er war immer sehr auf das Wohlergehen Anderer Bedacht. Leider wurde seine väterliche Gutmütigkeit und Grosszügigkeit allzu oft ausgenutzt, mit negativen Ergebnissen für LAM.
Der "alte" Präsident und "neue" CEO Joseph Slechta wurde von Alan Drizen persönlich eingestellt. Joseph Slechta verkörpert als Manager einen völlig anderen Typus als Alan Drizen. Die Strategie, wie sie auch in dem heutigen Aktionärsbrief dargestellt wurde, ist sehr klar auf den Erfolg ausgerichtet. Derzeit ist bei LAM vor allem Managing für den Erfolg der Produkte gefragt.
Alle bisherigen Ankündigungen bleiben ausnahmslos bestehen.

LEWISTON, N.Y., Mittwoch, 6. März 2003 -- LAM Pharmaceutical, Corp. geplant.
Bereits Ende März 2004 sorgte LAMP für einen ersten Paukenschlag:
als Vertriebspartner für das Land des Lächelns konnte die größte
chinesische Pharmafirma Sinopharm gewonnen werden. Dies bietet
insofern enorme Wachstumschancen, da allein 30 Prozent aller
Diabetiker weltweit in China leben.
Die Experten von International Stock Picker rechnen in den
nächsten Wochen und Monaten mit signifikant positiven Neuigkeiten
(Großaufträge, Vertriebspartner, Zukäufe etc.) und empfehlen die
extrem unterbewertete Aktie mit einem ersten Kursziel von 0,60 Euro
auf Sicht von sechs Monaten zum Kauf. Mittelfristig sollten Kurse von
weit über 1 Euro möglich sein.

der Behandlung von Hundehautkrankheiten (z.B: „Hot Spots). In der umfangreichen Pipeline befinden
sich beispielsweise auch Produkte zur Behandlung der Reisekrankheit und zur Linderung von rheumatisch-
bedingten Schmerzen.
Die Möglichkeiten zur Ankoppelung weiterer Wirkstoffe an die Matrix sind fast unbegrenzt
und bergen somit ein riesiges Zukunftspotenzial für LAMP! :eek:

Und hier reden wir von gleichen Kalibern wie Sinopharm! :eek: Und auch die Vertriebspartnerschaften in
Zentral- und Südamerika sollten in absehbarer Zeit Früchte in Form von Großaufträgen tragen.
Für das laufende Geschäftsjahr rechnen wir aufgrund der Intensivierung des Vertriebs mit einer Umsatzexplosion
auf über 5 Mio. USD. :eek: Das wäre eine Verfünfzigfachung! Dazu dürften auch einige
Akquisitionen ihren signifikanten Beitrag leisten. LAMP zielt dabei auf die Übernahme kleinerer
Gesellschaften mit komplementären Produkten ab. Dies würde nicht nur die Umsatzbasis
verbreitern, sondern auch den Zugriff auf neue Vertriebskanäle ermöglichen. Aufgrund der günstigen
Fixkostenstruktur ist zudem mit einer sehr attraktiven Marge zu rechnen, so dass LAMP in 2004 zumindest
den operativen break-even :eek: erreichen sollte. Für 2005 erwarten wir einem Umsatz von über
10 Mio. USD bei einem deutlich positiven Ergebnis. :eek:
Aufgrund der Unsicherheiten in Bezug auf einen Rechtsstreit verlor die Aktie von ihrem diesjährigen
Höchststand mehr als 50 Prozent. Dieser ist nun laut einer ad hoc vom 27.4. mit einem Vergleich definitiv
vom Tisch. Anlegern bietet sich also derzeit noch die Chance zu sehr günstigen Kursen bei
LAMP einzusteigen, bevor die breite Masse erfasst, was für ein Potenzial in der Aktie schlummert. Besonders
positiv: auch das Management investierte weitere 100.000 USD in einer der letzten
Finanzierungsrunden.

Wir rechnen in den nächsten Wochen und Monaten mit einem signifikant positiven Newsflow
(Großaufträge, Vertriebspartner, Zukäufe etc.) und empfehlen die extrem unterbewertete Aktie mit
einem ersten Kursziel von 0,60 USD auf Sicht von sechs Monaten zum Kauf. Mittelfristig halten wir
Kurse weit über 1 USD für realistisch.

Ich habe LAMP bei 0,21 gekauft und Tageshoch war heute bei 0,27.
Das sind über 25% in wenigen Tagen.

Und selbst?
ich habe durch einen freund bei knight securities die aktie vor ca 2 jahren bei 1,85$ geshortet und warte darauf dass sie pleite geht - als indikator benutze ich das w:o-board welches immernoch voller hoffnungen steckt! :)
